Hello and welcome to Scrapbook Essentials BC Challenge Blog!
I am so excited to share with you along with my team, the many products available at my Scrapbook Essentials BC on-line store as well as my very own stamp line "Essential Stamps".
Although I have done my share of scrapbooking, my real passion is creating cards! I received my first stamp as a gift from my friend Krista in 1995. I remember her telling me, " if there's anyone who will do anything with this it will be you!". She was absolutely right, I have not stopped stamping since and now I own my own stamp line! I have been teaching stamping and papercrafting classes since 2006 and have enjoyed every minute. I have taught classes out of my in-home studio, privately in people's homes, for groups of Girl Guides, have designed stamping birthday parties, and also taught at scrapbooking retreats at Tigh-Na-Mara. I absoutely LOVE blending techniques and COPIC markers are right up my alley. I also find that my certificate in Floral Design comes in handy when designing both for placement and colour scheme. I look forward to the many rewarding memories I will make through Scrapbook Essentials BC and look forward to getting to know each and everyone who drops by my studio or through communication on-line!

A friend had asked me to go to a stamping workshop in the winter of 2006 and we made the most amazing cards...I was hooked! I try to spend a little time in my craft space every day. I look at each and every card as a little mini canvas. If I can inspire someone to create a piece of art for others to enjoy, then I am happy.”

My name is Lesley and I am a primary teacher. I am happily married and we have one sweet furbaby named "Rolley the Rocket Dog". Crafting has become quite the obsession for me! I have been blogging for 3 years now, posting my cards and recently I created the challenges called The Paper Players and Freshly Made Sketches . I was so excited when Stacey asked me to be a part of her team! I am looking forward to this adventure!

My name is Angela Thomas and I live in Nanaimo, BC. I've been cardmaking for the last 5 years and consider it my therapy (not sure which is cheaper, LOL). I started stamping after attending an SU workshop and subsequently wrangled my mom and a close friend into helping me make my wedding invitations. I'm a lover of all things "Sparkle and Bling" so you'll often see my cards all fancied up. I never thought that my obsession with stamps, DP, ribbon and embellishments would give me the opportunity to create valuable friendships through various Design teams. I am honoured to be part of the inaugural DT for "Essential Sketches" and to be able to design alongside Island ladies and a local company. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity!!!

Hello, my name is Teresa Winstone. I am thrilled to be illustrating for Stacey's stamp company "Essential Stamps" and look forward to sharing my illustrations for you to use through the format of rubber stamps. I have been teaching scrapbooking, cardmaking and papercrafting classes since 2010. My paper art has been sold over Vancouver Island and enjoyed by many. I look forward to inspiring you with my papercrafting creations as well as my illustrations.
